How do I register for a portal account?

To register, you must be an active member of Leeds Credit Union. Click on the "Register" card on the portal home page, fill in your details (including your account number), and set a secure password.

What is Quick Pay?

Quick Pay is a secure payment tool that allows you to pay back debt or deposit savings into your credit union accounts instantly using a credit or debit card without needing to log in.

I forgot my password or username. What should I do?

Click on the "Forgotten Password/Username" link in the top menu bar, input your registered account number and email, and you will receive a secure password reset link in your inbox.

Who can I contact if I am locked out of my account?
